For over 20 years I have been adapting 19th-century building fabric to 21st century use, making homes for private clients. My practice is small and very hands-on, and my relationship with a Client often begins when they are looking at properties to buy and ends when they move into their new home at the completion of building work.

• Prepare feasibility studies to assess a property for purchase or re-use
• Prepare Scheme Design materials
• Aquire Planning and Listed Building Consents
• Prepare outline and detailed Specifications
• Prepare Detail Design and Construction documents
• Administer the Tender process
• Liaise with outside consultants, e.g. Engineers, Party Wall Surveyors, Building Control, etc
• Provide project management during the Works

I am very much a design-build practitioner and have assembled over the years a tremendous team of professionals and tradesmen who, like me, measure themselves by the quality of the work they do.
